The size, rooms, kitchen/washing facilities, air con. Pools and hot tub were nice.
Areas for improvement:
Beds weren’t very comfortable. TV didn’t really work. No signal so just YouTube. Minor gripes though.

Kitchen was poorly equipped, knifes were very dull but we didn't use kitchen much anyway. I knew we had to provide all the consumables in the house but no soap in any of the bathrooms was very shockin...
